How Trend360 Academy handles personal information on academy.trend360.net for learners, Academy Suite operators, and visitors.
Last updated October 1, 2026
Who this covers
This policy describes how Trend360 Academy (“we”, “us”) handles personal information on academy.trend360.net, including learner accounts, Academy Suite workspaces, staff accounts, public certificate checks, and demo requests.
If an academy enrolls you, that academy also handles your learning record for its own teaching and administration. Their instructions to us, and any notice they give you, apply alongside this policy.
Information we collect
Account information. Name, email address, a hashed password if you create one, profile image, role, and the time you accept this policy and the terms. If you sign in with Google, we receive the account details Google shares for that sign-in, such as your name, email, and a provider identifier. We do not receive your Google password.
Learner profile. Profession and interest labels you choose, which the learning coach uses to stay relevant.
Learning activity. Enrollments, lesson progress, assessment attempts, scores, submissions, certificates, and related course records.
Academy Suite information. Organization name, sector, description, logo, staff roles, invitations, courses, questions, and learner records an academy creates or imports.
Messages. Demo requests (organization, contact name, email, phone, sector, and message), support mail, and certificate emails you ask us to send.
AI coach. The messages you send, the replies, conversation history, and credit usage needed to run the coach.
Payments. Checkout and subscription references, credit balances, and payment status. Card numbers are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
Technical data. Session information needed to keep you signed in, and basic logs used to operate, debug, and protect the service.
How we use information
We use this information to create and secure accounts, deliver courses, assessments, live sessions, and certificates, run Academy Suite tools, personalize the learning coach, process payments and AI credits, send service messages, and respond to support or demo requests.
We also use it to prevent abuse, investigate misuse, keep audit records of important actions such as certificate checks, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
AI coaching
When you use the learning coach, your message and relevant course context are sent to an AI service so it can draft a reply. Do not put passwords, payment card numbers, or other highly sensitive information into the coach.
Coach replies can be wrong or incomplete. They are a study aid, not a grade, a certificate, or professional advice.
Who we share information with
Service providers that host the platform, store files, send email, process payments through Stripe, support Google sign-in, or generate AI coach replies, and only so they can perform that work for us.
The academy connected to your enrollment or staff role, so it can teach, grade, issue certificates, and manage its workspace.
Other people only as you direct, for example when you email a certificate to a recipient you choose.
Public certificate verification shows a limited record: certificate number, recipient name, academy, course or assessment, type, issue date, status, and areas of study. It does not show your email, score, or the certificate file.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect learners, academies, or the platform from fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
Cookies and sign-in
We use cookies or similar storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic session state. We do not use that storage to sell profiles to advertisers.
Google’s sign-in and Stripe’s checkout pages are run by those companies and follow their own privacy notices when you use them.
How long we keep information
We keep account and learning records while your account or the relevant academy workspace is active, and for a reasonable period afterward so we can finish teaching records, resolve disputes, meet accounting needs, and keep evidence of certificates that were issued.
You can ask us to delete an account. We may retain a limited record where we still need it for security, billing, legal obligations, or to show that a certificate was issued or revoked.
Security
We use access controls, role permissions, and ordinary technical safeguards to protect account and learning data. No online service can promise perfect security. Please use a strong password and do not share your sign-in.
Children
Academy accounts are meant for people who can agree to these terms, typically adults and older learners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If an academy enrolls a minor, that academy is responsible for having the authority to provide that learner’s information and for using it appropriately. Contact us if you believe a child under 13 has created an account.
Your choices
You can review and update profile details in your account. You can stop using Google sign-in by signing in another way or closing the account.
To ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion, email support@trend360.academy from the address on the account. We may need to confirm that the request is yours. Essential service messages, such as security and billing notices, are not optional marketing.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Continued use of academy.trend360.net after an update means you accept the revised policy.
