Terms of Use

These terms govern use of Trend360 Academy at academy.trend360.net, including learner accounts, Academy Suite, assessments, certificates, live sessions, and the AI coach. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes both you and the organization.

Give accurate name and email details and keep them current. You are responsible for activity under your sign-in, including activity through Google sign-in linked to your account. Do not share passwords or invite links you were not meant to pass on.

Roles matter. A learner account is for taking courses. An Academy Suite account is for operating an academy. Platform administration is limited to people we authorize. We may refuse, reclaim, or close an account that was opened with false information or that is used outside its role.

Use the service for learning and legitimate academy operations. Do not break the law, harass others, upload malware, probe or disrupt the platform, scrape it in bulk, or try to bypass access controls, credit limits, or payment checks.

Do not post or submit unlawful content, or content you do not have the right to use. Do not share assessment answers, impersonate another person, or use another person’s certificate, verification code, or account.

We may remove content, reset access, or suspend an account that violates these terms or puts other people or the service at risk.

Course access depends on enrollment, invitation, or purchase, and on the academy or platform enabling that course. Progress, scores, and completion are based on activity recorded in the product.

A certificate means the platform recorded that the named person met the requirement in effect when it was issued. It is not a government license, an accredited degree, or a promise of employment. We or the issuing academy may revoke a certificate that was issued in error, earned by cheating, or tied to a closed account. Public verification shows certificate details only, not a downloadable file.

Honor the rules of each assessment. Unless the course says otherwise, you submit your own work.

Academy operators are responsible for the learners, staff, courses, and messages they add. That includes having permission to invite people and to process learner information for teaching and administration.

Staff must use Suite tools only for that academy’s real work, and must keep learner information confidential. Do not export or reuse learner records for unrelated marketing or for another organization.

The AI coach is a study aid. Replies can be incomplete or wrong. You decide whether to rely on them. Do not treat a reply as grading, counseling, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Some coach use spends AI credits. Credits are for use inside the service, have no cash value except where we say otherwise, and are not a stored-value account. We may refuse usage that tries to evade credit limits or that abuses the coach.

Paid features, including course access, subscriptions, and AI credit top-ups, are charged through Stripe. You authorize the charge for the item you select. Prices and taxes, if any, are shown before you pay.

Access or credits are added when we confirm payment. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may remove the related access or credits. Contact support@trend360.academy about a billing error. Unless a specific offer says otherwise, fees are for the service described at checkout and are not a deposit you can withdraw.

Trend360 Academy, the site design, and platform materials we supply are owned by us or our licensors. Academy course content is owned by that academy or its licensors. You receive a limited right to use content made available to your account, for your own learning or for teaching inside that academy. You may not copy, resell, or publicly republish it except where the course or the law allows.

You keep ownership of material you submit, such as assignment answers and profile details. You give us permission to host, display, and process that material so we can run the service, including showing it to the academy and instructors who need it.

Live sessions are provided by the host academy or instructor. Join only sessions you are invited to. Do not record or redistribute a session unless the host allows it. We are not responsible for a host’s connection, third-party meeting tool, or the content of a session beyond what is stored in the platform.

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features can change, and a course or tool can be updated or withdrawn. We may suspend the service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

The service is an education and operations tool. Except where the law does not allow this limit, the platform is provided “as is.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Learning outcomes depend on you, the academy, and the course. Completing a course does not by itself guarantee a job, a license, or a particular result.

To the extent the law allows, Trend360 Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data or goodwill, arising from use of the service.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars if you paid nothing. These limits do not apply where the law forbids them, including liability that cannot be excluded for fraud or willful misconduct.

You may stop using the service and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close access if you break these terms, if a payment is reversed, or if we must do so for security or legal reasons. Sections that should survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and certificate records, stay in effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, contact support@trend360.academy and give us a reasonable chance to resolve the issue.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the latest version. If you keep using academy.trend360.net after an update, you accept the revised terms.
